The EU's two tallest buildings are the Commerzbank Tower (headquarters of Germany's second largest bank) and the Messerturm, whose principal tenant is the American multinational investment bank and financial services company, Goldman Sachs.
The Commerzbank Tower is 259 metres (850 feet) tall; the Messeturm is 256.5 metres (841.54 feet). The Shard is 309.6 metres (1,016 feet).
